Sriraj has a diverse and vast advisory and litigation practice in Commercial, Arbitration, Real Estate, Corporate, Testamentary and Intellectual Property Rights matters. Prior to joining Satyaki, Sriraj was a Partner in the erstwhile firm, MJ Juris since 2017 and handled litigation and general advisory for the firm. Sriraj has previously worked with firms like Singhi and Co. and IC Legal - this has given him a diverse exposure and experience in litigation.

He is a retainer advisor for a Fortune 500 company and has handled various commercial matters for them involving complex issues. Sriraj also advises one of the largest restaurant chains and ice cream chains in Mumbai with respect to their daily legal needs and franchising. Sriraj has worked with these companies for close to a decade and has exclusively advised them on all legal matters. He is also closely associated with a well known developer and has handled their litigation before Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority and Maharashtra Real Estate Appellate Tribunal from time to time.

Sriraj regularly advises clients that encompass a vast portfolio of corporates, individuals, celebrities and co-operative societies. He is regularly consulted by individuals for preparation of their wills and succession plans.
